Please, why on Earth dub these things? Do Netflix assume that the audience is too thick to simultaneously engage with an action thriller and subtitles at the same time? That said, there is little by way of engagement to have with this modern-day French B-movie. A man ( Saïd" decides to sell his lumber mill, only to discover that one of his employees has been coerced to hide a substantial consignment of cocaine inside. When the gangsters turn up to collect their property, all hell breaks lose and he must defend his family and property from their ruthlessness. It"s all a bit standard - though not totally devoid of action and tension - with some pretty ginormous plot holes and startling errors of judgement. Worth a watch, but a fairly weak example of the genre that you will probably forget quite quickly.
Personally I can"t watch an entire movie with subtitles. If I wanted to read a story Ill open a book. Noomie Rapace à dû se dire en voyant ça tiens, tiens, tieeens. Here are some good series i recommend lock up, the money heist, Tunnel Korean version, Signal, korean version Kingdom korean, and Vagabond korean. The first two are spanish. Highly recommend you definitely enjoy it. Movies Korean movies Train to Busan, Pandora Box, and the night they come for me. And Dark Subtitles in english or auto in English. If you need more let me know. I was laid off 2019 for a year. Watched almost everything on Netflix. I got bored watching American movies so i switched to foreign movies. I even watched Thai movies. So many good movies on Netflix.

Très beau film, nostalgie de mon quartier rue Francis Garnier, actuellement rue Mohamed bouchakour, a la mémoire de mon grand père chahid ainsi qu à nos chouhada. C"est du lourd. Looks cool, now release it or pay with your life. Gratuit. Merci cest encore plus simple que Wikipédia lol. Is it worth a ten? Nope, but not far from it either. The ten is to counter the few dozen illiterates before me. What Hollywood used to do in the seventies has apparently been picked up by the french. What might that be, you wonder? Well, how about strong genre flicks also known as B-movies. Good acting mixed with lesser, bombastic score and blood splatter. And most importantly, the strong silent lead character who saves the day. Not many of those around any more, are there? Once again France has proven that feature films are not dead. Vive la France! Watch and enjoy.
Je viens de le voir (très bon, pas prétentieux à l"Amercaine mais, simple et efficace. Je l"ai vu et le film est un excellent divertissement les scènes d"action sont vraiment dingue mention spéciale a la première baston d"une violence ultra bourine ahaha et gros respect pour tout les plans séquence j"attends le 2 avec impatience.

Exceptionnel. No pun intended. And maybe if the lead character wasn"t so charismatic, the movie would not have struck as much with me as it did. So I see everyone voting lower and I understand. This is not a great thriller, it is more than decent though and even if there are cliches being served, we get suspense and edge of the seat entertainment.
It does what it says on the box and the last third of the movie is quite the payout for what we saw before that and all the silence or rather slow moving story for the most part. Violence is not always the solution, but this is a movie and it does what it has to - or rather our main man does. Is it enough though.
